We are looking for an engaged and creative chef for our preschool! With us, you have the opportunity to make a difference every day by preparing nutritious and delicious food that contributes to children's development and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to the preschool's dietary policy.
• Be responsible for ordering goods and handling food.
• Ensure good hygiene and follow applicable food safety procedures.
• Be responsible for keeping the budget within given limits.
• Collaborate with educators to create a positive dining environment.

Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Scope: Full-time

Start: By agreement

We are looking for you who:

• Have training as a chef or equivalent experience.
• Are meticulous, structured, and have a genuine interest in cooking.
• Have knowledge of special diets and allergies.
• Enjoy working independently and have good collaboration skills.

About the workplace

The preschool accommodates about 60 children and has a team of approximately 10 employees. You will be responsible for your kitchen and set your own menu, but you will be part of a preschool area where several chefs work at their respective preschools and support each other through collaboration and joint staff meetings.
